Velos Documentation
Everything you need to run your federation, club and athletes on Velos.
Velos is the platform your federation, clubs, coaches and athletes share. These five guides cover the work you actually do in it, and they are ordered the way the work happens: sign in, run an event, keep the rosters behind it accurate, record what happens between events, and read what all of it adds up to.
New to Velos? Start with Getting started and read on. Already signed in and looking for one thing? Jump straight to the guide that matches it.
1. Getting startedStart here. Signing in, what your account is allowed to do, and how to find your way around the sidebar.
2. CompetitionsOne archery competition end to end — setup, entries, shifts, scoring, brackets, medals and the paperwork for the day.
3. ClubsClubs and the athletes on them: creating a club, keeping its roster current, and the read-only view its coaches get.
4. TrainingSessions recorded on the web and on the phone — how they are scored, what they report, and where every arrow landed.
5. PerformanceWhat Velos makes of the scores afterwards: the totals on every athlete record, and the squad suite for federations that need more.
Every page describes what is really on the screen, with screenshots taken from a live Velos. Where a screen depends on what your federation, club or academy has switched on, the page says so near the top rather than leaving you hunting for a button you do not have.
